Cancellation Policy

Southeast Touring is run by Andrew Bonello, trading as Southeast Touring, ABN 92 695 193 873. 

 

If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure

We refund your deposit, or your full payment if you've already settled in full, less any merchant transaction fee we've been charged.

 

If you cancel less than 72 hours before departure

The deposit is not refunded.

 

How to cancel

 

All cancellations must be made in writing to andy@southeasttouring.com.

 

Extras booked with other suppliers

Where optional activities have been booked, that supplier's cancellation terms apply to that part of your booking.
