How to book

Send us an enquiry using the form on our contact page, or tap Book Now on any tour page. We'll try our best to reply straight away, or within one to two hours depending on the time of day.

You can also reach us on WhatsApp or Line, by phone, or by email if you'd rather talk it through first.
 

A payment link will then be sent for the deposit.

 

Deposit and balance

A deposit of $250 AUD secures your date. The balance is due on the day your tour departs.

 

Payment methods

 

We accept all debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Australian residents can also pay by bank transfer.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

​

Optional extras arranged through other suppliers, such as a helicopter flight over the Twelve Apostles or Penguin Parade Premium tickets, carry that supplier's own terms.

Our cancellation terms, including when a deposit is refunded, are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
